Licensed Clinical Social Worker- School Based

MCR Health is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with kids of elementary school age and who is familiar with family/ school problems, grief, ADHD and other behavioral disorders.

As part of this role, you will:

• Provide counseling, therapy, and/or psychotherapy to our patients in a school-based office setting in Bradenton.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic crisis intervention and emergency services on-site, as required.
• Collaborate with the care team in assessing, planning, and implementing the patient's care plan.

What you need to bring to this role:

• Licensed and in good standing as a Clinical Social Worker in Florida.
• Familiarity with and sensitivity to multi-cultural groups as related to family customs and child rearing practices (preferably Hispanic culture).
• Excellent listening/ interpersonal skills.
• A strong work ethic is required, as is flexibility, resourcefulness and high energy.
• Knowledge and a high level of comfort working with an Electronic Health Record platform.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
